Agreed. Check the track for something that might be blocking the window, or perhaps putting too much pressure (like the seal not sitting properly in the door channel). If you don't see anything wrong, take it in to the dealer and have them play with it. I would assume (like njjoe) that it's a problem with the limiter, so it's trying to roll it up farther than the track will allow.
