New 2005 S owner

Name's Brian. I'm a DJ and had been looking for something bigger than my 2002 Saturn SL2. It got damaged in a storm and I was able to use the money to put toward a 2005 Murano S. Base model with 109K miles on it. So still another 10k to go under the transmission warranty! Woo Hoo!

It's got some Rial 18" aftermarket rims on it already. Black with tan interior. It has a remote start kit on it, but I can't get it to turn over and actually start that way yet.

The CD player won't eject the CD's. I have to use tape to get them out and put a new one in. That sucks, but it's not the end of the world. I'd love to put an aftermarket in, but don't want to spend $200 for the Metra kit. It'll do for now. Going to replace the front door speakers with some Pioneers that I have.

Still getting used to the AVT after driving a manual transmission. I really, really love my Mo so far though. It's stylish and looks good when pulling up to unload DJ equipment. Better than the little green Saturn.

I'm somewhat satisfied with the MPG so far too, for a midsize SUV.

Anyway, I'll post some pics soon.

God bless!
Brian

Here it is in the rain. I love the way black cars look in the rain. I had a '89 Caddy Brougham that was black and she looked sweet in the rain.

I don't think this applies. It's a 10 year, 120,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first. You've exceeded the 10 year portion. You may want to check that out to be sure.

The OP should be able to find a used Murano radio online or at Ebay.

The Murano is perfect for hauling stuff like DJ equipment. I'm a bass player and it handled my gear very nicely.

Thanks. I'll check it out. Been wanting to take it to a Nissan dealership for a check up.

I just found out the Left Front ball joint and bearing need replaced. Looking into that repair right now.
