Angry Mo problems

My 2004 SL is doing the same thing. Some days it runs Ok, but as the outside temp get around 80 in stop and go traffic my mo starts to move really slow when I'm at a red light as I give it gas. I've replaced plugs, MAF sensor, cam sensors, crank sensor. I have not cleaned the throttle body yet , will try that next. The car stalled tree times yesterday on my way to work and I ended up having it towed to a shop. IT does have 242K miles on it and burns oil like an oil refinery, but still runs fine aside from the stallings.
