Warm Idle Engine Knocking on 2017.5

I've got 2,000 miles on my new Murano and have noticed a subtle knocking sound when the car is idling, after it's warmed up. I found the old thread on this issue and wasn't completely sure what I'm hearing is the same issue. Curious if someone who's experienced it could say just how loud the knocking is (mine is subtle, but noticably there compared to cold idle when engine sounds smoother.) Also, I wonder if it's something that could reasonably be expected to affect latest models (you'd think Nissan would have responded and fixed it.)

The knocking you may be hearing could be caused by fuel dampers located in the fuel injector rails - it is most noticeable at idle when there is minimal demand for fuel - the pressure from the fuel pump will make the damper knock. I had the same noise on my 2011 Murano but it did not show up until I have over 40K in it. I would think since you have such low mileage, it would be covered by the warranty.
