Re: No Recall notice but alternator failed.
Start the process with Nissan Corporate - they are the only ones who can approve the repair if the dealer refuses. You can search for the recall notice on this forum and check to see if your VIN falls within the range of the recalled vehicles, just to doublecheck the dealer's claim.
