I originally ordered a 2011 Mustang GT, California special, HID, Auto, Comfort pkg. and Shaker 1000 stereo in Grabber Blue. The order was placed on April 8 and the car came off the line on May 23 with an ETA of June 2. I canceled the order on July 8 (Dealer said car was in PA and being put on truck), the car finally made it to the dealer on July 24 (16 days from Twin Oaks, PA to NYC?). Ford customer service even called me to tell me my car Would Be At The Dealer on July 12! The final straw for me was when I found out that people who ORDERED after my car was built were driving theirs by late June. Dealer was useless, only time I communicated with them is when I called and Ford had nothing to say about the delay. I will never consider a Ford as a vehicle purchase again
