Has anyone gotten the chat to work?

Keeps telling me I'm denied or too fast.

well crap! I can't figure it out. Norton disabled, privacy lowered, If I use the default login it says bad username if I type one in it tells me my host tried to reconnect too fast, throttling. sheesh. Something I'm missing...
