Can a poll be configured to accept repeated responses from the same users?
I would like to set up a poll to guage customer satisfaction after each service visit to a Nissan dealer. However, in order for it to work properly the poll would have to accept multiple votes from the same member after each subsequent visit. Currently the polling is set for one vote per member.
It would be a simple poll asking the members to rate overall satisfaction of their more recent visit on a scale of 1 to 5. I have no problem setting-up the poll, I just need to know if it feasible? Thanx in advance. -njjoe
