Chat feature work on this site? - Nissan Murano

I did a search for this and turned up some old discussions but nothing lately. I click that link and get a blank page. No worky or am I doing something wrong?

I did the same and got a blank page. I assume it is a feature that ADMIN needs to enable.

Ok I asked admin about this a few months ago because in the early days it did work and I used it. But I forgot his answer

. I sent him a message yesterday and again today to get the answer again.
