I've luckily only had to visit the dealer for 2 issues: Inoperative Lumber Support and a clear coat issue on the hood. Both experiences were very positive. I dealt with the Service Manager Jeff **** (I'll have to look up his last name). He was friendly, courteous and cooperative. He took my concerns seriously and acted quickly to get them fixed at no cost to me. I can only hope his attitude and actions are a proper representation of the dealership as a whole! I'll definitely bring my MO back for future problems.
