Excellent buying experience as an internet customer. Offered the lowest price in the state via e-mail (their standard no-hassle deal is $500 under invoice).
Very quick to respond via e-mail, answered all questions, handled the factory order very professionally and quickly, and kept me informed on the progress. Taking delivery was much easier than I had expected. Absolutely no pressure for additional items or financing options, and all their numbers matched up perfectly with mine. All in all a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend them for future purchases.
