Default Installed a Bull Bar

Just installed a bull bar today. Took ~3 hours to install (a bit slow because I am car illiterate). I think it looks pretty good

I got this one from ebay (cost me $160): MURANO SS Bull Bar Push Nudge Brush Grill Grille Guard | eBay

Thanks! I think it should have been there on the Murano from the beginning, it looks as though it belongs there IMO. Now i just have to install the nerf bars

Wow looks great!

Was it a direct bolt on? Any install issues?

Pretty easy to install, just had to install the brackets underneath the car and bolt on the bar to the brackets. The only hard part was getting the brackets tight and secure. It is a very tight spot (couldnt use my socket wrench b/c the space was too small. Used pliers and an adjustable wrench thing). For the passenger side, I had to remove the inner lining of the wheel well because the windshield washer fluid was in the way.

If I actually knew what I was doing, it would have probably taken half the time but it was my first time making any exterior modifications to a car.

Yeah, I looked around but ebay seemed to be the best choice.

Those thick bars look tight, nice on your vehicle. Some time ago, I recall in a conversation with a service tech at a dealership, there was concern if these add on bars would compromise the safety features of newer vehicles, specifically crumple zone and air bag activation. I thought at that time it did make some sense. You may want to inquire at the mfg. level and not the vendor where you had made the purchase. Just my two cents.
