Default French 2011 Murano GASOLINE

Hello,

Some pictures of my 2011 Murano not Diesel but GASOLINE
Its 16 000 kms since one year (10000 miles).

In Europe (and even more in France) there is a Diesel Lobby, but after a Renault Espace with 3.5 engine, i was looking a vehicle with the same engine and with 4-5 seats available (so no 350z... )
Nissan Murano was the unique vehicle with such criterions. As member of Renault-Nissan Group the cost of new vehicle is reduced, but with such engine in France i've a big ECO Tax..
This Murano was late because of tsunami in Japan, it was built just after plant restart. (no it's not radioactiv... )
It's not a very diffused vehicle in France , i've seen others but only 2.5 Diesel...
In France there many Quasqai (Cash - Ky) and his little brother, the Juke.

So some pictures :

I think I'd move to a less restrictive country!

Interesting pictures, seems to have the same front bumper as my 2012 but the earlier model rear taillights, looks nice in white.
A peice of useless information is that the Quahqai was named Dualis in Australia as they feared we would call it (Cash Cow), very close to the (Cash - Ky) pronounciation.

Nice looking Mo.

Thanks,

There is one year between US models and Europe models (don't know for Australia). My 2011 Mo (there is only one model) is like a 2010 for US. The new rear taillights have just arrived with 2012 model.
We don't have such long and large roads as you in France, but the Mo is a regal to drive with his peaceful CVT

I like the side marker lights which they don't have in the US. I see some other differences, as well, which always makes me scratch my head on how Nissan can keep these model differences straight for the different countries.

Other differences are inside also:
- No Tire Pressure
- CVT can be in manual mode (pull and push to raise or down )
- No mirror with homelink ( )
....

These things just don't make a bit of sense to me as to why Nissan does this. It's crazy.

The Murano seems too big to fit on the french country roads. I wouldn't want to parallel park it in Paris either

Welcome to the site. Nice Mo.
Normandy....., always wanted to visit there. Was a big WWII buff as a kid and I still watch all the old movies on D-Day and play the D-Day video games. Is it as beautiful as they say it is there?

N Yes !
Normandy is a very beautiful place ! I leave near le havre, but with childs we often to visit beach such as Omaha or Utah. So many young people have died 70 years ago for liberty. If you go there one day, visit in Caen the Memorial for peace
