I noticed that the clear plastic on my instrument panel and display panel was smudged, so I used the spray cleaner and microfiber cloth I bought from Sunglass Hut. Worked very well. Any reason I might not want to do this?

The optical spray cleaners are excellent esp if they have antistatic properties - keeps the display screen and guage plastic clear for a bit before the dust settles again.
