Interior detailing - leather/cloth - Nissan Murano

I have gone ahead and used the 303 aerospace protectant for my entire interior (leather/vinyl) and am quite pleased. I am now looking for a product to protect/clean(when necessary) my seats/carpets. Also, is the 303 enough to protect/condition the dash/door/steering leather or should I be appling some kind of conditioner also? I see 303 also makes some cloth protectant/cleaner. Anyone have any experience with these?

I've never messed with the stuff but I am interested in it--I'm always up for trying something once...
