Not really.
That's a holdover from the old days when we used organic paint. Today we use synthetic polymers as "paint" and they include "fixers" that help cure the paint. In addition, it takes almost 2 months from the day a Murano is "painted" until it gets to your dealer. So the "paint" is well cured when you get it! Go ahead and wax it, if wax is what you want to use. Homer

Picked up my MO last Thursday.
Applied 3 coats of Zaino wax on the weekend. My wife thought I was nuts. She had to remind me that is was time for bed. It was a hard choice to make. In the end, I had to part with my MO.
