Unhappy Auto car wash scratched car

Automatic car wash scratch my mo, but what can you do when you have below freezing temperatures. Am I better off leaving the car dirty until temps go up?

Sorry to heart it..

You can always wash it yourself or use the touchless automatic washer.

I believe he can't wash it himself as maybe his pipes might freeze up. His hose is probably frozen too. I know mine is. Or maybe he just doesn't want his fingers to freeze and fall off.

A lot more work, but if you really want to, bring some buckets from inside the house to give it a little cleaning. OR, I don't know the characteristics of your house, but they make attachments to hook up your faucet to a hose.

Go to a touchless car wash and drive off somewhere and dry it yourself.

Or, like I do, don't dry it all. Who cares about a little water streaks or spots compared to a filthy car?

I forgot about the touch less car wash I think I have only one in my area. I guess that's better than just leaving it dirty. I prefer hand washing, but like nelson said when the weather is freezing I don't want freeze my fingers off.

I feel bad for you guys who live in areas that use salt to clear the roads. You have no choice but to wash the car regularly.

Here in California, I give it a good wax before the cold season and then forget about washing until it warms up again. Living in an apartment complex gives me the additional excuse as well....
