Default Audio/display screen

I have a 2006 murano. My audio and display screen completely shut off. It just cut off as if a fuse was blown. But I have checked every fuse in my car and even replaced the "audio" fuse. Still no action on my screen or audio. My A/C turns on automatically when I start my car and there's no way to turn it off.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? My warranty is expired and a shop wants to charge me alot just to look at it.
If you have any help let me know!
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.

According to the 2005 Service Manual (your 2006 may be different) the display, A/C controller, and audio are powered by the following fuses:

I hope this helps.

there is a fuse block on the lower left side if the steering wheel area/dash area, check that block for the mirror adjustment switch fuse(i cant remember the exact name, but i can find out tonight when i get off)...i had the same issue with my wife's 05 MO and that was the fuse that was blown, replaced the fuse and problem solved.

I have the same problem but after a random amount of time the radio will work and i can adjust the heat controls again. this couldnt be a fuse issue, could it?

not likely that a fuse would cause this, but it is not entirely impossible. I work on (currently) 74 model C-130H aircraft and sometimes you can find a fuse that isnt blown but the contacts are just a lil corroded and will cause systems to seem as if they are on the fritz, clean or replace the fuse and system op check good...i would pull the fuse out and check it at least. It could also not be completely blown through, so the smaller the fuse inside of the actual fuse casing the more resistance there is going to be in that circuit, do you have a multimeter? because you could do some simple resistance and voltage checks to make sure the system has the correct resistance's and voltage's.

do any of the admin's or "MO" guru's have the correct wiring diagrams for these systems? or mainly just the fuse line that would be causing this problem, because if these system are (ie radio, display and a/c controls) acting up then its unlikely its the actual system it self, and more or less just a power to that panel or what have you.

I have an 07......it seems to be doing the same thing! It will just stop working? Did you find out what was causing your problem?
