2007 murano slow to start? - Nissan Murano

hello;

we have a 2007 murano, with 66,500 miles. in the past the engine would start almost instantly. now it takes few, 4-6 seconds before the engine actually starts. do we have a problem? suggestion on cause for the engine starting delay.????

Does this happen all the time or only after the car has been sitting for a little bit? Did it start doing this all of the sudden or slowly? What does it sound like when it is cranking but engine does not start? Once engine starts, do you hear any hi pitched noises from rear of the car? Absent more information, if I had to guess I would think your fuel pump maybe on its way out.
