Whistle / buzz from dash - Nissan Murano

Hey all - picked up an 05 SL today. Want to make sure I get through everything before dealer warranty runs out. If I'm sitting in the car and its quiet... There's an annoying hiss / whistle coming from the dash. Blower fans off, speakers off, no CD spun up.

It sounds like a bearing or a terrible power supply... Or a failing hard drive. Seems to be more off to the right side of dash. Any ideas?

Maybe the idler pulley? Also check your motor oil level. Keep it on the max line. Usually easier to check the morning after before starting the car. Good luck.

No motor running. Definitely something electronic it seems.
