Murano intelligent key not working

Hi, I bought a used 2011 Nissan Murano and one of the intelligent keys is not working. The dealer told me the key is fine but it could not be programmed. They don't know the reason. Any idea?. Thanks.

My wife works for a Nissan dealership. The key is either broken or not you should try another dealership to get the key programmed. If that does ot work replace the key.
