1 big benefit you get is the huge discount. Ive seen it on eBay for $200+ and a couple used ones for the same price he's asking. From other online auto shops Ive seen them for $300+.

I think he meant benefit from replacing the OEM airbox with this.

I think you get two benefits:

1- Wow factor (looks nice, or different, under the hood)
2- More engine note (some like it)

Claims of better gas mileage and/or horsepower have not really been substantiated.

haven't any difference in gas mileage with the k&n kit that is on my truck but as far as horsepower it does increase it slightly. I fell a better throttle response with the intake kit on the truck. and like Jude said you can't beat the price anywhere. Thanks Jude for your comments..
