IMHO: Aftermarket solution is a lot cheaper, and works at least as well...

Where can you buy the OEM camera and monitor? Does anyone have part numbers for these???

There is a thread under the NAV&GPS section by SNIPER that details this project and part numbers. Wreckers or ebay are best options to get the parts.
