![]() I can't believe it. Of all the dumb, dim witted, idiotic things I could do!!! I literally ran over my rear cargo cover and smashed it all to hell. I try extremely hard to keep the the things I have nice but this time I really did it. Between having a new baby, loosing my grandmother recently, stress at work, etc...I guess I've been a little spacey lately. So...I'm reaching out to the forum to see if anybody has a rear cargo cover they're willing to part with. I have the black leather seats so my rear cargo cover was the grey-ish color. Anybody? If so, please let me know. I use it all the time and will definitely miss it. I did try to bend things back into shape with some success. The only real part that is unrepairable is the drivers side plastic end. It's smashed into about 20 pieces. Can't glue it given how small the pieces are.

Can't help with your immediate problem, but I'm sorry to hear about all of that and hope things smooth out soon. If it helps I trashed a $600 bicycle with my jeep once because somehow my stupid brain equated leaning it against the back of the truck to hanging it on the carrier. :-/

Uuuuuh...OUCH! Definitely hurts more than my cargo cover.
Truth be known. I pulled it out to do a cleaning. Put the cargo cover on the ground thinking I would remember to put it back into the cargo area before I moved my MO out of the garage. Well...WRONG! I felt a thump and heard a serious crunch. After saying a few choice words, I saw my precious cargo cover lying in pieces all over the ground. The metal was easy to bend back...and it still works...but the plastic end was trashed. Oh well...if nobody can help me here maybe I can get lucky on Ebay. Doubt it though.

Unfortunately, I can't help you but it looks like there are a couple on eBay, one grey one.
This one has scratches, but it looks to be in good shape otherwise. My thought is that you could use the plastic pieces on your damaged one or take this one apart and then then paint the metal pieces to get it looking like new. I've never dealt with the seller, so you'll have to make up your own mind. David |

Dude I know how you feel, Im looking for one too cuz mine didnt have one and this is why.
about 3 months ago I get up get ready for work and as Im coming down I notice my muranos passenger side door is open, Im like WTF!!!!!! as I get closer I notice the window is completely busted. my subs, amp and epicenter are gone. boy was I pissed, the worst part is that it started raining and I had to cover the door with a plastic bag. I took the day off just to go get the window I ended up paying $143 for the window and $30 to tint it. now I got 2 small bazookas in the back and I really need one of those cargo covers. the box enclosure I had was so noticeable. i dont want this to happen again. |

I happened to notice this on my local Kijiji area. Its an OEM grey for $150, 2007 NISSAN MURANO CARGO COVER PRIVACY SHADE - Oshawa / Durham Region Other Parts, Accessories For Sale - Kijiji Oshawa / Durham Region Canada. Maybe you can get a good deal on shipping, I dont know whether this is a bargain price though... |

First, we want those choice words spelled out for us...lol. Damn, that sounds like something I would do! Wish I could help. The wife keeps too much stuff back there and the cover doesn't allow for much cargo so we skipped it.

"Warhammer" has been such a great contributor I am thinking maybe we should set-up a paypal account, donate a dollar or two each, and buy the thing for him....

That would be fantastic but not expected guys. You're all appreciated! I'm bidding on one right now in Ebay. Hopefully I get it. I really miss mine.

The guy that bid against me must not have wanted it that badly. My original bid was $20. The other guy's maximum bid was the same so I beat him out. Actually logged in and was surprised he didn't take out from under me. Would have been easy. Either way...$50 including shipping is not bad at all.

You know, I took my cover out the day we got home from delivery, and I swore I would never put it back in to use it. But the other day, I had to eat my own words. I wanted to hit the driving range after work and parking durring the day is on the street and I didn't want anyone to see the clubs. So I used my cover for the first time in almost 3 years that we have owned it. I guess it came in handy afterall.
