Somebody on this forum tiped me to try this. I have an 03 murano with the HID's. I don't need these fancy headlights. I drive the thing a mile and a half back and forth to work in the daylight. My driver side headlight is out.
Question: I guess these headlights are sought out so would anyone want to trade there regular healight assembly for my HID's? I live in OKC, OK. |

I am sure you will find some takers on this. If I wasn't traveling for the next two weeks I would do it.

I have a pair of halogen headlight assemblies that I removed from my 2005 MO last year. They are in good shape and I would be more than happy to do a trade. Since you need the lighting more than I do I could send you the halogens up front, then when you swap the HIDs you can send them to me. Now having said that, I would strongly advise that you keep you HIDs, spend the $300 to replace the ballast, and enjoy the brighter HIDs on your rare night-time drives. But if you are insistent on doing the swap I would be happy to accommodate you. -njjoe

Has anybody done this conversion before. I know a lot of people do the oppisite. I have yet to find step by step instructions on it though. Could you help me in that area? Is it possible?
Would you be willing to take care of the shipping since were trading Cadillac for Geo? |

It is plug-n-play, but I am not 100% certain the high beams will work. They should. I will take a look at the schematics in the service manual and let you know what I find. If it is doable then the rest is your call. I like your Cadillac for Geo analogy. I can not argue with that logic. Of course I will pick up the tab for shipping. PM me with the particulars. -njjoe
