Yeah I think I may just take off the kit. I've been on the fence about it for a while and couldn't decide if I wanted to paint it just yet. It still needs more prep work, grilles, etc and I really don't wanna spend the money on it if I'm planning to paint the car again in a few years.
I'm still keeping it lowered and everything, so it still won't be stock

PM sent...
If you have the capability to get the parts painted easily, then you may consider going to Ebay. Multiple posts for front/rear bumper cover skins ready to go. There's also www.car-part.com for used parts from wrecked vehicles. Also many used parts on Ebay that would work if you repainted it to your color. Grille's are not that expensive. You can get one off of Ebay for around $100 ready to go. Here are some examples: Front Cover -- Rear Cover -- Grille --

Yeah i've been searching ebay, craigslist, junkyard finders, etc. I did manage to find the front bumper in sunlit copper in Sacramento today on ebay and picked it up for cheap. Just gotta find the rear one now.
I do have a shop that can paint the bumpers for me for prob about $200 so im trying to find a used one already painted for cheaper than that even if its got some scuffs. Only thing is the front bumper didn't come with a grille nor foglamps so i gotta find those too. Im thinking about putting on some black billet grilles instead of the ugly factory one so if anyones got any recommendations please tell. Foglights i've found on ebay and also some aftermarket ones that say they "bolt in" with halo designs, i don't know... Warhammer, i got your PM. Ill try to call you in the next couple of days when i get a chance. |

I'm sure we can work something out.
I'm eyeballing the upper and lower billet grilles on Ebay right now and will pull the trigger today on whatever I get. I also have the fogs already installed. If we work something out then I'd be willing to trade you the parts (billets, fogs, rear cover, protector, etc) for a break on the price of the kit. My rear bumper cover is brand new thanks to a rear end accident a year ago. My MO is an 04 but the 06 parts fit right on so I have the newer bumper protector. Just call and we'll rap about it.

I really hope so. I'm not the richest guy in the world unfortunately. I'm sure we'll come to an agreement that is mutually beneficial. I mentioned it to my wife yesterday evening and she seemed excited. She really likes the blue Pandora body kit I showed her.

Hey guys so quick question. What is the difference, if any, between the 03-05 and 06-08 rear bumper covers? Since I'm not having any luck finding one on sunlit copper, I'm considering buying a new one from work and having it painted 2 tone copper on top and black on that bottom portion that comes gray I think?
Also, with the later cover I see you can install a bumper protector on top to protect the paint? |

Personal experience here from a 12/2010 rear end accident on my 04 MO.
The 06-07 & 03/05 rear bumper covers are 100% interchangeable. I had the repair shop install an 07 rear bumper cover on my 04 MO. Complete fit with no issues at all. They even got me the 06-07 rear bumper protector which also fit. Looks nice! If you end up getting the 06-07 rear bumper cover just get the protector that goes with it. The protector will just snap right on from what I understand.
