Default 2010 LE - Replacing Interior Wood Trim

My 2010 LE has the black leather interior which I love, but the wood trim on the center console and the door inset where the window buttons are.

Is it possible for me to replace these with something in black or silver? Please let me know if anyone has any info on how this might be done. Thanks!!!!

AFAICT this is an adhesive overlay, and not a replacement. I would be very concerned about the look of the installed product and the durability. If you have ever installed a screensaver on a phone, you know how hard it can be to align things exactly. I personally wouldn't waste my money unless it was a solid material that actually replaced the existing material.

I actually thought about going the other way. Replacing the satin silver on my SL with a woodgrain overlay. But as Mattski says, there are a lot of little pieces that have to be installed, and I decided that I probably wouldn't get them all on straight and would end up with something that did not look like a factory install. So I saved my money and gave up on the idea.
