Glad to see I am not the only one waiting. Any update from the forum members who are beta testing it?

Someone posted the same link two pages back. According to MuranoGeek it's BS.

I am very interested in buying this too hopefully it comes out soon. Also does anyone know if the maintenence button is going to be on it? I cant see them in the pictures, if not then are those features available in the regular settings?

Good eye alfred! I hadn't notice that and that's a great question, I use those maintenance features regularly. There's another forum on this from the person who has a beta test version of it. I'll ask your question there.

Unfortunately, that's what they said in November. They supposedly were just waiting for pricing and packaging. I'm thinking that we won't see this until mid to late summer, if at all.

I'm really curious as to why is taking so long? Especially considering that model years that this supports will be over 5 years old this year. My 2003 will be 9 years old this Spring. Is it worth getting the kit at this point, probably not, as I will be trading it in for a new car within the next year or so.

Perhaps they are working out bugs.....

This could well be why, they may be worried that not only is the Murano now 5+ years old, they may also be worried that hardly anyone will buy a kit especially if they cannot get the price point low enough.

I am hoping they release it soon, and at a reasonable price. Otherwise I will simply look into an aux input for my stock head unit.

Agreed. I just said forget it too. Installed new speakers all around and next step will be a real amp - and will just use my USA-Spec ipod adapter. Sounds pretty good already and now I can just sell my Pioneer DDIN unit and make some money back.

I'll be darned! It may be real after all! $300 is probably in the price range for those who are dedicated to changing radios.
