Question Chrome or Black Nerf bars

My wife and I are debating about what kind of nerf bars to put on the MO. Black to go along with the bumper guards and roof rack or Chrome to go with the door handle etc?

"My wife and I are debating" and you want our help? That's a good one.

Let us know what her preference is and we will vote for it to help you save face.

I voted for black. Reason: the door handles and other chrome is too far away to look like it is being matched. Black never goes out of style.

Is it possible to make the picture just a little bigger, I think I missed a detail or two?

I voted for chrome/stainless because that looks good on mine. However, from your picture it looks like you have black bumper guards. If that is the case, I would stay with black nerf bars too.

Thanks NJjoe. I know, it's weird but she agreed to let the forum weigh in. Her preference is the chrome. I like the black to match the bumper guards.

OK, I am a dumb broad. I didn't really know what a Nerf Bar was. I was too proud to ask, so I just voted for black cause the front grill guard is black.

Now I am thinking maybe I should have asked before voting. Rather than looking even dumber, I did a internet search for "Nerf Bars".

Maybe it is just me, but I can see them on a tall truck. I can even see them on a short truck. But, why would you put them on a vehicle that is so "just right" when it comes to sliding into the seat? You don't have to step up. You don't have to get on hands and knees and climb down into a tiny low slung cave. Mo's are JUST RIGHT.

I rescind my vote and vote for Door #3: No Bars At All!!

I know this an extremely late input, but for anybody else thinking about the same thing, I would never go for black
for the simple fact that the black bars never maintain their appearance for very long. Unlike the chrome
ones, the black begins rusting and blistering rather quickly. That is why the warrenties for them are short compared
to the chrome/stainless steel parts. I think long-term chrome works out better.
