Default How to make rear view camera work all the time

Hi

Here are the instructions:

In the trunk locate rear view camera unit (on the right side)
Find gren and white wire (second one from left lower side)
On this wire when gear is in P voltage is 0V when in R voltage is 12V. Just check
To be safe.

All you have to do is conect this wire to constant 12V when car
is on (dont need to cut the wire just conect to it) and that is it 15 min of work!

Bye
Sory for bad english.

I have been wanting to do this for a while.

So all you would need is a switch? Then it could go on and off at any time?

This is an old topic but a new solution! What year is your Murano? Also, can you provide pictures of the wires and the LCD screen in action?

HI,

only screen settings works, example; contrast, color... on/off display, you cant use navi unless you install simple switch close to your hands, than everything works normal even if you put in Reverse camera turns on like original.

That is why you mus not break the wire but only connect another with constant 12V.
Murano is 2006 year europe version.

I will post pictures tomorrow, its 8 p.m. now and 70 cm snow outside and still snowing

Does anyone know if they exist, clear led tail lights for MO .06?
