Unhappy My 03 Murano strange engine noise (video attached)

Please help. My 03 Murano started making this clicking/tapping noise a while back ago, it only does it in gear, it is more noticeable when driving around 40mph, CHECK THE VIDEO ATTACHED. the faster I go the faster the clicking sounds, at first I thought oil was low and as a matter of fact it was, so I added about half a quarter thinking that was the the reason it was making such a noise, well that wasnt it. 2 weeks ago I changed the spark plugs and the noise is still there.
I did some research and noticed that fuel pressure dampers was a common failure in muranos and were also responsible for such a weird engine sound.
I bough and changed both of them yesterday and once again that didn't solve the problem, im concerned that It might be something inside the engine.

NOTE THAT AT 1:26 AND 1:50 SOUNDS MORE CLEAR.
HOPEFULLY ONE OF YOU GUYS CAN HELP ME.

Very hard to hear it really. 1:26 is when you used your turn signal--that was the ticking i heard. Maybe a little on the end but still hard to distinguish.

yeah it doesnt sound very clear in the vid, but it is pretty loud when windows are up and stereo is off. Im sure its coming from the engine because while im driving at around 40mph i hit the gasand release it fast enough for the revs to go up but the speed to stay the same I can hear the clicking increase as the rpm increase. Ill post a better video later today.

Sounds like maybe your timing chains, maybe your oil is low. Have you checked it? Can you get a video of the engine with the hood open and someone revving it?

i can but the thin is that it only makes the noise when im driving it, i took it to a mechanic and he couldnt even hear it, its weird because when revving it up doesnt make the noise.

heres a better video, this time I placed my phne under the dash where the sound is more clear.

Jeezuz thats loud. That either sounds like a bad wheel bearing or something powertrain related like maybe the CVT or the transfercase. Was your mechanic not able to hear it with it in a lift and at freeway speeds?

i know right? him and other guy drove it and didnt hear it. probably cuz that day rained and roads were wet,= louder road noise.
i went back to the shop and told them to lift it. and guess what? it doesnt make that noise when off the ground. it only does it on the road, I tried pushing the brakes and shift it in gear, rev it up all the way to around 4000rpm and it doesnt make the noise either. now I would think is something related to the wheels. but... when driving and going downhill where I let it go, no gas and hit the gas and let it go fast enough for the rpms to go up it makes the sound, as if it was related to the rpm and not the speed of the vehicle.
yup... weird, if i dont find an answer I will end up takig it to the stealer.
