suspension mount leak?

I noticed a few drops of black liquid on my garage floor this weekend. I'm not very tech savvy so i hope some of the members here can help. I took it to my friend's shop and he told me it is the suspension mount.

I do have the extended warranty of this 07 MO. what should i say when i bring my MO to the dealer?

Do a search on lower control arm bushings. Basically you need a new control arm for the bushings alone is not replaceable. Those bushings are fluid filled.

Are these parts and labor covered by the extended warranty? my 2007 Mo has65K miles on it and i purchased the 100K/5yr warranty when i purchased earlier this year. I've searched this topic and warranty was not covered on any of the threads.
