Seat belt warning light
Passenger seat belt warning light continues to flash regardless if anyone is in the seat or of the seat belt is fastened.
I would like to just disconnect the warning light, or disconnect the seat to stop it from sending the signal. Can anyone tell me how to disable the light? I have pulled the gauge cluster but some of the lights on the circuit board are not ones that you can just disconnect or remove. They are internal on a circuit board. I can not find a wire going to the dash that is passing a flashing signal to it either. Any suggestions?? |

Why not have the dealer fix it? I understand seat belts and other safety equipment have 8 or 10 year warranty. You should be able to find this info in your owners manual.
