Which drivetrain fluids to change?

Hello all. I have a 2004 SL AWD with about 116k on it. I've been doing engine oil changes with mobile 1 and more recently with pennzoil platinum every 5k miles. I did cvt fluid change at 100k miles, and just did rear diff change last week for first time (forgot about that one). My question is, what are all the drivetrain fluids that need to be changed on this car? I've read quite a few posts on fluids but lots of terms thrown around and it's still not 100% clear to me. Basically, looking for "how many holes do you have to drain/fill?"

Engine oil
Cvt
Transmission (is this different than cvt)?
Front diff
Rear diff
Transfer case
... Any others?
