Yikes - $450 for a brake fluid change (likely unneeded but can't hurt), oil change and new air filter? I say find another dealer. And I'll bet they didn't thrown in a new in-cabin filter either.

It is light green, but after it has been in the transmission for a while, turns a light amber as it picks up grit and oxidizes.

If wrong fluid is put into CVT it will die quickly. If your CVT is still running strong, chances are it has the right fluid in it but has discolored due to usage.

It's about $20 a quart...easy to change. Starts greenish and changes as Eric said above.
