When taking a right hand turn at speeds greater than 20mph, I hear a clicking sound coming from the right front, the harder I turn, the more prominent the noise. I was thinking maybe CV joint? or am I wrong on that assumption, any help would be appreciated!

Known issue. I noticed it on mine in last 5K miles. at 60K now. Read about this a while ago. Has to do with the sealed hub at the wheel. Apparently the dealer can take apart, repack, tighten, whatever, etc... and the noise goes away. I was told by Nissan tech to not worry about it until the CV joints go, then they are in there and it will get done as part of that job anyways.
