I cannot help you with the grille, but I have a set of halogen headlight assemblies I took off my 2005 MO last summer.

You can see photos of the headlight assemblies in this thread: 2005 Halogen Headlight Assemblies

As you can see in the photos there are no cracks, no hazing, and all the mounting tabs are in place. My car had approximately 45,000 miles on the clock when I did the halogen to HID conversion, so the lenses are in very-good condition. They have Sylvania SilverStar bulbs installed.

If you want them, just let me know and I will get them out right away.

At the risk of killing a potential sale, have you considered installing OEM HID assemblies? Since you are going through the bother of replacing the grille and lights, you are halfway there. OEM HID assemblies can be found on eBay and salvage yards for around $500 a pair. They are practically plug-n-play. You just need to solder one wire across two lugs on a relay to activate the high/low beam shutter and you are good to go.

How does $100 (for the pair) plus shipping sound? That was the last price I had posted here. I don't think you'll find a better pair for the price, in fact I don't think you can find a damaged pair for $100.

Add $25 for secure packaging and shipping via UPS ground. Should take 2-3 days in transit.

If this sounds good to you then PM me and we can get the ball rolling. Do you have PayPal?

Out of curiosity, why the need for a new front end?
