Push Audio Button/Seat belt chime

Hello folks,
I've got a question for those of you who are electronically savvy. I've had my 2007 Murano for close to 2 years, and recently realized that the push audio button in the radio doesn't seem to work.

Does anybody know if the pots within the radio can be replaced? I ask this because I took it to a dealer and they told me that radio repairs had to be sent off to another site and would a couple hundred dollars at least, so it wasn't worth the repair.

Also, I was reading some of the threads that discussed the seat belt chime, and I'm wondering if any of you know how to set the car to do the chimes. Reason being, when I first bought the car, mine would sound when somebody did not have the seat belt in the car or when the car was turned off but the headlights were left on (my main concern). Though, at some point, while my wife was playing with the in-dash computer, she ok'ed the option to reset everything to factory defaults and it stopped doing those things ever since.

If anybody has any suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it!
