Default Rear air vents with little heat!

Hey guys, I've noticed in my 05 MO SE AWD when I turn on the heat, the rear vents push out cool air, while the front vents push out warm air. The only way to get the rears even semi warm is to crank the heat to above 80 degrees...
Any thoughts?
Thank in advance

That is a common problem with all MOs.

The ductwork feeding the rear pillar-mounted vents takes a very circuitous path from the heater box to the vents. The long path explains the loss of air velocity, which limits the vent's usefulness.
