2006 Murano SL

hello everyone
i recently bought 2006 nissan murano sl after my pathfinder died on me.
the car has a backup camera and a 7" screen but no gps navigation, aux input or Bluetooth. at the time of purchase i didnt care too much, since i got a great deal, but now that i spend hours on the road every day, i regret for not spending a little more to get these features.
if someone can help me with adding these 3 things without having to replace the original screen that comes with the car itll be greatly appreciated
order of importance.
1)Bluetooth
2)GPS
3)AUX

i have a 2006 nissan murano which been acting funny, when i drive it seems as if the call is lifting higher. and it tilts while driving feels unstable
