Default rear liftgate sill???

Ok, thats the best I got on what its ACTUALLY called...
Im speaking of the chrome/body color piece of plastic that resembles a "kick plate" but is attached on the inside of the rear lift gate area beneath the gate itself when its closed. If you were going to step inside the cargo area- you would step over this. There is a cut out for the door to latch and also for the hidden tie down.

Ok now if you have any idea of what I am referring to.... What is it called? Where can I find a replacement?

Mine is now looking sad- the clear is peeling off the chrome in a bad way and the little "piece/cover" that fits over the tie down bracket has 2 broken clips so it doesnt stay properly. That said, if you have any ideas on fixing that peeling problem on the chrome and a place to purchase JUST the cover- that would be amazing. When I say the "clear" is peeling- picture peeling the clear plastic off something new- that they put on to protect it. Its like that except it is NOT easy to peel off.

I think you are talking about the bumper scratch plate/protector. Its a stick on using double adhesive. You can remove that plastic protector using a hair dryer. Heat it up a little and it should come off easy.
