I am a new member to this forum, I own a Xterra and the Xterra forums are really helpful so I figured I would try this one for my wife's murano. She's got 64k miles on it and all the sudden she is having all kinds of problems. The front 2 motor mounts just broke. The boot on the cv axle is torn, and now her driver's side rear window rolls down and has to be pulled up by hand. Is anyone else experiencing any of these issues or did she simply get a lemon.

The motor mounts are really expensive at the dealer but cheaper on the aftermarket - buy aftermarket parts and have an independent shop put them in.
CV boot - just put in a rebuilt axle and have them change the seal to the transmission while doing it. Again, use aftermarket rebuilt axle and have an independent shop do the work. This can happen to any car, it's not Murano specific. The car's not a lemon - you're dealing with "stuff" that happens. Motor mounts are weaker in this car than most, but if you're smart enough NOT to go to a dealer for ht OEM parts, it's not that bad. Many members replace these in their driveways. The window is either a bad switch that's not engaging the "up" cycle, or a bad motor. If you need a motor, go to a wrecking yard and get one - for heaven's sake don't put in a new one from a dealer.

I second everything Pilgrim said. It's known the motor mounts aren't as strong as they should be. Plus, some MO owners have had 0 issues throughout 200K miles while others have to replace theirs before the 100K mark.
Sounds like you have a bad window motor switch but should check anyway. Me thinks, if it's a bad motor, would not work up or down. Just pull the door finisher and ring everything out with a good volt meter. You'll be able to see if the motor is getting the signal to push the window up or not. Good luck! Lots of cheap parts out there to help you out! You don't have a LEMON...just a car that needs some maintenance.
