Model letter designation information

You have probably answered this question many times before, but what do the letter designations mean?

I have an MO SE, and I also seen S and SL on some.

Thanks Deeman, I appreciate it. I bought my 2006 a couple of weeks ago and your description appears to be accurate for mine. It is snowing here in Denver tonight, and I am going across town tomorrow for Christmas so I will see how it handles in the snow.

I have a 2005 SL in the great white north. It's -25 C outside and covered in deep snow. My Murano is riding on 265/60/18 Pirelli Scorpion Ice and Snow tires and it handles great with confidence. I have driven many many different vehicles and the Murano is top on my list in this slippery, cold, snowy condition. Have a Merry Christmas.
