2006 SE with 225-watt Bose Audio System w/ MP3 Capability w/6 disc CD & sub woofer.
"Satellite Radio Pre-wire", but as far as I can tell, no satellite receiver built into the radio. I have an after market satellite radio receiver in my truck that I want to put in my MO but I don't know if "Satellite Radio Pre-wire" means there is an antenna built in that I can access for my after market satellite receiver or if I have to find a way to mount one on the roof...there seems to be no easy way to do that. Any one know? Thanks Rky |

The MO's satellite radio is a stand-alone module that is installed behind the rear seat (when equipped). A satellite antenna will need to be installed on the roof.
There are several threads in the Audio section that discuss this at length. -njjoe

I will check out the audio section. As I mentioned, the window sticker (which was in the file that the previous owner gave me) says "Satellite Radio Pre-wire". Do you know what that means?
Thanks Rky |
