Metra 99-7612a nissan murano 2003-2007 single/dbl din stereo dash kit

So I'm looking at a METRA 99-7612A NISSAN MURANO 2003-2007 SINGLE/DBL DIN STEREO DASH KIT. Will this allow me to add an aftermarket cd player and amp but keep all the functions of the dash buttons and navigation without messing anyhing up, especially with the air conditioner.

Thanks

The kit does not work with Muranos with navigation. The kit only controls the ac,trip, system settings, and radio functions.

Technically it will work but you lose oem navigation. All other controls will function.

So you have to purchase an aftermaket nav if you want to use that feature. I would like to have a touch screen system but don't want to shell out the bucks if I'm already spending $250 on the conversion kit.
