Battery Dead need help to Unlock doors!!!

Hello Guys, This post is for a problem that my father has with his 2009 nissan Murano.
The battery is dead and he only has keyless entry/push button start option. No keys! question is: How can we get in so that we can charge the battery if the only way in is with the button/ electric locks? please help with any ideas or advice. Thanks in advance

I've never heard of it being done on a Murano, but with most cars if you get under them you can find a way to reach (or push against) the cable that pulls the hood lock. If you can trip that lock, you can open the hood and charge the battery.

This might be a good question for a dealer, too.

Maybe I am missing something here. Why not just use the key?

There is a key hidden in the Intelligent Key keyfob. Use it on the driver-side door lock.

Yes. There is a physical key in the fob.

Use the key in the key fob to unlock driver's side door. From there you can manually unlock all the doors.Had the issue this past weekend on the wife's 09 LE. The rear liftgate is more problematic since you have to get to the access panel on the rear door.
