anything is possible if you throw enough money at it. Given the lack of a DIN or double DIN mount, it will be difficult and expensive. Suggest you get a common GPS like a Garmin. They work well and have become dirt cheap.

I think that the actual radio chassis is rather short, at least it was on Gen 1. You then have the issue of either cutting up your center stack fascia or replacing it with something custom. Mine is an LE- yours may be different.

You can use the Garmin GVN53 and the stock screen.

Hi I done this project and still kept factory looking that cost me $1500,
Please refer to 2009 Murano base audio upgrade to DVD Touch screen Navigation and keep factory look

The reason I bought an S was because I wanted to install a lot of aftermarket items. Bought the best Eclipse GPS I could find for $1200 and it blows the OEM away. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!! Also have the backup cam, bluetooth, XM, and a huge DVD screen on the roof for the kiddies in the backseat. Yes, it can be done easily. Next project is the self-dimming rearview mirror with homelink.
