Man Was I lucky. Been wanting the OEM DRL lights for a while now and didnt want to cough up the $600. Luckily I had a saved search on ebay that notified me of a new listing for these lights. The guy had them for $410 and I managed to lower it to $375 with $15 bucks shipping. I guess I'll tell my wife her christmas to me would be half of the ligts. lol Heres the item page. That's a steal! I paid 500 on eBay but my friend installed it for free at his stereo place. I love them. Best thing I added to the MO. Don't forget to call your insurance company to see if you get discount. I got like 5% off with geico here in NY. Enjoy

Hi I was wondering about your HID lights. Did your Murano come with the regular lights? I had a issue with the DDM HID kit ones not coming on all the time. How are they and how is the color. I want the factory color and i think 4300 is correct. Thanks.

Hey Larry. Yes my murano came with stock H11 halogen lights. I switched them with ddm ballasts and bulbs (5000k). I ended up switching the bulbs for TRS (4300k) bulbs because the ddm bulbs were mis-matched (different colors on both) and they gave me a hassle to replace them plus they felt cheap and took forever to ship out. The 4300k from TRS I have now are very "factory looking" I kept the ddm ballasts and I haven't had any problems with flickering. At first I had my left light bulb flicker but I switched out the ballast with a replacement from Ddm and the problem went away. The 4300k have a hint of blue when first turned on but after they warm up they have a hint of yellow depending on the angle you look at the lights. But I think TRS is a better bargain and they ship faster. Hope that helps.

Alright guys I need some suggestions here. I want to install these lights myself since the dealer wants $250+tax for labor. I've never dealt with any electrical stuff on the vehicle besides switching out all my lights, changing a dead fuse and installing my dvd system. Should I do this on my own with the instructions provided and risk maybe screwing something up or should I cough up the $250+tax for the installation? Any help from people who've done this install before would greatly be appreciated.

Ok guys I just need to confirm something. (For those who have LED DRLs installed) I got my lights today but they came with only 1 control unit. Can anybody else confirm these are a new models of LED DRLs or am I missing anything? Thanks in advance.

My early 2009 JDM LED DRLs came with two (2) control modules. There's photos of all the parts in my forum members photo gallery. The newer US version may have changed to only one module. Are there multiply plug-ins on the one that you have? Hope this helps and take care!

@red. I have bookmarked your photo gallery for reference just an FYI. The module has 2 ports to plug in the connectors. So I guess this might be the new American standard for those drl. I'm still debating if I should do it on my own or pay the dealer.

The dealer is going to send it to someone subcontract and charge you more. Do you know any audio/electronic places. I had mine done at a friends place and its mostly about connecting the right wires, something I wouldn't try myself. The grill removal is a little tricky because the clips break easily. Only advantage of dealer is they are responsible if something goes wrong. Maybe get some estimates to compare with dealer.

I believe you are incorrect. The OEM/Nissan DRL's are installed at most if not all dealerships by an employed Nissan tech at the dealership. The install would not be subed out. Dealership service department will quote you how much to install based on Nissan's recommended install time requirements.
