Power return seat back - Nissan Murano

Hello, wondering if someone disabled this feature? very helpful BUT I'm starting to have an issue with my seat.

Suspect that Ban means that the seat "creeps" forward over time. Had similar issue with my 09, Dealer replaced a module twice, still creeps forward. Finally turned off the option, problem solved.

I believe he's referring to the seat memory option. I turned mine off too after it had a mind of its own.

Turned mine off too, as i have the seat all the way back. Thank goodness they let you adjust that kinda stuff!

NO. not the memory seat

power return seat back = this is the one when you get out, the seat goes back so you have extra space getting out and when you start the seat will adjust again to the last memory position.

Go into
Models without navigation system
The display as illustrated will appear when pushing the SETTING button and selecting the “Comfort” key. This key does not appear on the display until the ignition switch is pushed to the ON position.

And then
Slide Driver Seat Back on Exit (if so equipped):
When this item is turned to ON, the driver’s seat moves backward for easy exit if the ignition switch is in the OFF position and the driver’s door is opened. After getting into the vehicle and pushing the ignition switch to the ACC position, the driver’s seat moves to the previous position.

Mine is on and I like it that way! Especially when I'm 6'2" and my wife is 5'2"

I like this option. Though it nearly squashed my co-worker during the test drive the day before I bought it. I'm 5'3" so when my co-worker who's 5'10" sat in the driver and press the start-up button...the seat creep forward hahahaha.

I disabled mine for the seat creep reason. Also, after a while, all that extra movement will be putting wear and tear on the seat motor, gears and what not. They usually go belly-up about the same time your warranty expires. Take care!

Really, that's not true. I had a Maxima for 7 years and never experienced a problem with the memory seats.
