Smile Another new Murano owner

My wife and I have been eyeing the Murano for years, but had bought a Toyota Camry in 2001 so a new car wasn't in the cards. My car just hit the 12 year mark and we wanted to upgrade. 2013 were too pricey at $46k+ so we opted for a 2009 at 80,000km thats loaded except for navigation.

The price was great, and the car had new 20" behemoth tires on it, and new brakes. Purchased from the dealer so are confident its been checked over.

we get the car later today and can hardly wait!

Looking forward to long trips in this and the daily commute.

Robert

Good luck. What's funny is you say it was purchased from a dealer so you are confident it's been checked over. I hope you are correct, and your dealer is a good one. Many people here in the states have found that not to be the case.

If my math is correct, 80,000 km is approximately 50,000 miles. Shouldn't be a whole lot going wrong yet, if the car was maintained well. Glad you got new tires because those 20" bad boys are quite expensive.

Keep us informed on how the purchase works out for you.

ThisBlinky19 - thx!

Halwg - I hope so as well. This is the first time we've bought used. Hopefully it wasn't the wrong decision. Hope to post pics soon and updates of the dealership, service and support.

TopazM3 - thanks, I've been reading up already.

So picked up the car yesterday, and am loving it! Love the heated seats, and it drives very smooth. So far am pretty happy.

Congrats on your new Mo! 12 years is quite some time to be in the same car. I bet you will enjoy the change.

WOW - I can't believe how comfortable the ride is on the Murano. It's GREAT and so much nicer than my old Camry... it's a great car, but it's definitely not in the same class as the Murano. Love the power of the V6 after having driven a 4-cylinder.
